The Ethiopian Netherlands Business Association (ENLBA) was initiated by a group of Dutch businessmen, informally known as the Dutch Business Community. Its main aim is to support existing and new Dutch companies with networking and legal advice.

45 Current ENLBA-members out of over 75 operational businesses in Ethiopia. Of those 45 members around 85% are active in agriculture.

50% of Dutch businesses were started thanks to the Private Sector Investment (PSI) Programme (previously PSOM) by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 2014, the new Dutch Good Growth Fund will provide financial assistance for businesses aiming to invest in developing countries and emerging markets.
